The hotel is located in the historic center of Ledče nad Sázavou, which is rightly called the pearl of Posázaví due to its charm and beautiful surrounding nature. There are many cultural monuments and natural attractions, cycling and hiking trails in the vicinity.

Hotel Kaskáda offers its premises for organizing various social and corporate events, banquets, celebrations, weddings, trainings, seminars, presentations and sports camps and tournaments. There are restaurant and bowling facilities with a capacity of 90 and 50 people, a conference hall with a capacity of 50 people, a training room with a capacity of 12 people and a social room with a capacity of 24 people.
