Exhibition space and an extraordinary place for social and commercial events
The functionalist building of the Manes Association of Fine Artists was built in the 1920s according to a project by Otakar Novotný for exhibition and social purposes. Thanks to this, the Mánes Gallery offers a naturally lit space that can be variably arranged to suit your needs and requirements.
The result of the extensive reconstruction that the building underwent in 2012-14 is a clean stylish interior of the exhibition and conference hall with state-of-the-art technology and facilities. The Manes Gallery is therefore not only an ideal exhibition space, but also an unusual place for social and social events
commercial events, including press conferences and new product presentations. She was also popular with film and television crews.
The building is literally steps away from the National Theater and the Dancing House on the easily accessible Masaryk embankment. Above the shoulder of the Vltava, in the place of the former Štítkovské Mills, it connects the waterfront with the southern tip of the Slav Island, which creates a background full of greenery. Together with the neighboring Renaissance water tower, the Mánes Gallery is one of the landmarks of the Vltava river bank and is itself an architectural legend.
